Under UK data Protection Law, all data controllers must have an accessible, formal process to receive, investigate and respond to complaints associated with the handling, processing and storing of personal data. This may, for example, include:
- failing to secure your data/data breach which has impacted you or
- the mishandling of a Subject Access Request (SAR) or other privacy right or
- the misuse of data which may include how long we keep your personal information, the accuracy of the information we hold about you, the security measures we have in place to protect your personal details or
- any other data protection related matter.
